Dott. Daniele Molinari
Dr. Daniele Molinari was born in Mantua on 8 October 1952, but spent most of his life in Cremona. In 1971 he graduated from the Liceo Classico Manin in Cremona and then decided to continue his studies at the University of Parma. In 1976, he graduated in Law with a 110/110 mark cum laude.
After finishing his studies, he returned to Mantua, where, during his notary practice, he taught law for a few years at the 'Pitentino' state technical institute, until he passed the notary competition.
He took up his post in 1984 and, from 22 November of the same year, he practised in the Mantua office. For more than 10 years, he served as President of the District Notary Council. He is fluent in French.
Dr. Irene Molinari was born in Bologna on July 2, 1983, and spends her life in Mantua.
In 2002 she graduated from the Liceo Classico Virgilio in Mantua and then continued her studies at the University of Studies "Alma Mater Studiorum" in Bologna. In 2005 he obtained a degree in legal sciences with a score of 110/100. In 2007 he obtained his master's degree in Law, also at the University of Studies "Alma Mater Studiorum" of Bologna, with vote 110/110 cum laude.
In the last months of university he began his legal practice and notary practice in some firms in Mantua and Bologna, combining the practice with the attendance of numerous preparation courses for the notary competition. For several years he attended specialized courses throughout Italy, from Milan to Bologna, from Naples to Reggio Emilia.
In 2013 he qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Brescia with consequent enrollment in the Mantua Bar Association where he will practice for 7 years until 2020.
She passes the notary competition announced by executive decree 02 October 2017 and, in July 2020, is assigned the Roncoferraro and Villimpenta offices.
She is fluent in English, which she had the opportunity to deepen in the year 2000 during a 6-month study stay with an Australian family.
