A notary public is a public official to whom the state entrusts the power to attribute public faith, that is, the value of legal proof to the deeds he or she stipulates. The notary is a super partes professional whose duty is to advise and translate the client's wishes into legal language.
The Notary Public, unlike other professionals, is impartial and protects both parties: his job is to make sure that what is agreed upon by the clients complies with the law and that the wishes of both parties involved are understood and respected.
Solemn is the oath that newly appointed Notaries take before the Tribunal "I swear to be faithful to the Italian Republic and its Head, to loyally observe the laws of the State, and to conscientiously fulfill the duties inherent in my office."
With these words the famous jurist Carnelutti defined the essential function of the notary. The better the notary does his job the less need there will be for recourse to the Judge. The notary ascertains and interprets the will of the parties entering into a contract and drafts the relevant clauses in a legally compliant manner and with clarity.
Notarial intervention thus performs a function of "preventive justice" that contributes to the containment of litigation, in a country like Italy, where there is a strong vocation for litigation.
The notary listens, advises and proposes to the client the deed that best meets his or her needs.
No practice is trivial, each has its own peculiarities and deserves the necessary attention. Each deed, whether short or long, is the result of study, work and attention to the client. The notary is a trusted professional who accompanies the client throughout his private and professional life, assisting him in the most important moments.

The firm is open year-round except for national holidays: the Notaries and associates allow clients to always have a professional available, even for emergencies, during general holidays.
